dropping mines in multiplayer games

Hi,
I see my weapons list includes stuff like gunboy or mine but when I try to use the keys for cycle inventory and use inventory ... they don't work?!? is there a reason why I can't drop a mine in the Multiplayer games?

Inventory isn't the same as contermeasures, those are what the mines are, the default key to use them is ENTER.

Yes, most multiplayer games disallow all the mines/countermeasures/etc., because they can lag the connection for users. Subway Dancer servers are probably the only ones that commonly allow them.

I found the 'Counter-Measures' option in the keyboard config and it was on L-Alt so I set it to ENTER for now and discovered what Seeker Missiles do... woohoo!
