Masterbation or sex in general is not pornography. Nor is a dildo a pornographic item just by itself. Watching someone else masterbate on FILM or via photos IS pornography. See the difference? The actual act in person does not constitute as pornography.

If you video taped it, or did a webcam or took some pictures, then had other people look at those pictures or watch the video then it is pornography.

The line is somewhat scewed since sex and masterbation is dipicted in pornographic material, but it only becomes porn when other people watch it through media outlets.
