I'm getting email notifications I have received an PM but when I check, there is nothing there.

It's possible someone sent you a message and then deleted it, as well.

13% full only. I was sent 2 messages and then nothing when I checked.

I doubt it. I had sent a private message to someone then I believe they replied. But I can't see the message.

The servers haven't been moved yet, thats still in the works.
