Paris Hilton for President? EEEEEEEEEK!

I don't know how many of you guys have seen this ad, but it's both funny and sad at the same time. Paris Hilton responds to the McCain campaign ad that featured her and Britney Spears. What's scary is her energy policy sounds more realistic than what either McCain or Obama have come up with in their campaign speeches. She's also better at reading a teleprompter than McCain.

the sad thing about "her plan" is it was simply a mechanism of the joke they wanted to put on, in that, to be funny she would need to offer a better, more logical and practical solution than either candidate has offered.

The sad part is, if some joke writer can pull this bit of common sense out of his ass as a simple spontaneous observation why isn't the American voter sophisticated enough to demand both candidates step it up to the big leagues if they want to actually get the job?!?!

As it stands right now, since both candidates basically read ideas put together by their staff just like Paris read her lines written by someone else, I'd say Paris is the most qualified candidate of the three when it comes to energy policy!!

What America really deserves for not caring enough about the process is for this thing to snowball and result in Paris Hilton to become the joke candidate that actually gets elected....

Just a comment on how knowing how to read a script can make you a successful politician. Bill wasn't a celebrity in Hollywood until after he was Pres.
For Clinton it was probably more

Bill Clinton (sex addict)=J.F.Kennedy (sex addict)
But I'm not sure that really helped them to get to be President.

I think Reagan had served as governor of California before he was elected as president, Paris has served as amateur internet porn star and all around spoiled rich brat.
But if given the chance I'll vote for her over the other two!

No, I meant it is an addition to his sentence, not a correction of it. Add the two together and you'd then be correct.
