Data Recovery tools
A friend of my moms accidently did a factory image restore on her system, and she needs to get some of the data off from before image restore, do any of you have any recomendations of data recovery tools?

I've used R-Studio for NTFS before, pretty good. Ontrack also makes good recovery software.
As long as you don't write any new data to the drive, you should be fine. When you delete something it only de-links the file. The data is still exactly where it was before you deleted it, but only until it's overwritten by something new.
