Well I saw only the tip of the cats nose and part of a ear that was glowing and they had to have a black light to set it off. I want total glow with no lights on...then I will buy one.

Shave it, Woody, all of it's skin glows. (Still need black light)

I dunno how feasible bioluminescence would be...
