Maybe Terracide. It was rather unpopular and of poor quality though.

The (remains of) the Forsaken community can be found on
irc.freenode.net channel #forsaken. They also have a website
(accessible via http://tiny.cc/fskn), which is rather poorly
maintained but still contains some useful stuff.
