Everyone works for the government. The government pays everyone's wages. From whence does the government collect the revenues to pay said wages?
It's never good to wake up in the shrubs naked, you either got way too drunk, or your azz is a werewolf.
Why from the mint, of course. Seriously you you have to believe that the workers produced more revenue than they were being paid, obviously.
This is why everyone can't work for the government, it would collapse financially fairly quick if it didn't have taxpayers to collect sufficient taxes from to cover its costs.
