Those wacky balloonists are at it again. Some of you may recall the unmanned Spirit of Knoxville Trans-Atlantic balloon flight attempts about this time last year. Well, the SNOX team is no more, but there is a group of engineering students at Cornell that is planning a Trans-Atlantic attempt some time this weekend (provided the weather cooperates).
