Where is the \"Tort Reform?\"

Post by AlphaDoG »

There's a lot of talk on the \"right\", about tort reform. Has anyone even wondered why the left doesn't mention it?

IMO the left doesn't need to address tort reform for JUST one reason.

Once the government assumes control of your \"health\", where will a person go to seek redress for medical malpractice? You won't be able to sue your doctor, he was only following procedure. As far as I know, you can't sue the government.
