I don't know. It seems that this technology is almost ready to go right now. It might even be cheaper to make than OLED.

That might be true Issac, but you need a backer to market and promote a technology. Sony has oled. Sony has money. ... and lots of it. A better form of LCD screen was invented here in Portland some years ago when the tech was emerging. It was more efficient and sharper and Simpler than the tech we use now. Sony, at that time was pushing what we use now, so the one here \"died on the vine\".

LG will be making the next OLED monitor. 15\" iirc. Price will be something like $2,300.
