Pakistan and India???? Welcome to current events!!!
Look for Belgium. We have no nuclear program, small army, free quality education and free quality healthcare.
I don't know if we have a space program, but we do participate in European space projects.

...officially? Unofficially Iran probably has them too...
Although I chuckled at that lars, I wouldn't be surprised if the nuclear club has more members than we all think. There's been alot of espionage throughout the years and the early designs, from what I understand, were rather primitive and relatively simple to construct compared to the ubernukes of today. I'm worried we may not have stopped Pakistan's *Nukester* sharing in time. That, plus I doubt The Ukraine gave everything it had back to the Russians when the USSR fragmented. Having just won your independence, would you? And finally, since so much can be done in lab simulations, the number of countries confident they could build a nuke if necessary probably brings the club roster even higher. It really has become a problem keeping track of these things when we can't even say with certainty who does and who doesn't and it's only going to get worse, imo.

Lars was correct to say Denmark Bash! Why did you chuckle??
Edit: OK, I missed the part about *NO nuclear program*. I thought Boss was asking about nations WITH a nuclear program. It's late, time to wander off to bed.
