study and remove stress.
I get stressed when studying. There are some tips on google but I'm wondering what you personally do to keep your frustration and blood pressure low when studying.
When I am nervous, I just try to get stuff done. Nothing better to reduce stress than the feeling of making progress.
One important tip: Have breaks and do something nice for a few minutes. But have these breaks at fixed times, or only when you completed a task. When you take breaks whenever you feel you need one, then you reward yourself for getting unconcentrated. The next time, you'll feel that you need a break much earlier, and so on ... doesn't take long to establish a vicious circle (speaking from experience here!).
If you have breaks at fixed times, you reward yourself for sticking with it. Similalarly, if you take breaks after completion of a task, you reward yourself for getting stuff done. In this way you set your system up for being efficient rather than unconcentrated.

One thing that really helps me is I'm confident in my ability to get stuff done. So if I'm doing last-minute studying or working on a project, I'm not stressed out that I won't be able to get it done. The only stress comes from the actual brain activity required.
Of course, I always give myself enough time to actually accomplish whatever goal I'm planning, and I attack the problem in such a way that the last thing done is the least important. And if I didn't understand something when it came up the first time, I'll work on it until I do understand it, instead of waiting until the last minute and then trying to learn half a semester of material.
What I do to keep fatigue/frustration down is I take short breaks when I start to get tired. Do something that works the brain differently from the current problem -- watch a few youtube videos (like Old McDougal's Bugle), listen to some music, play a 10-15 minute game, or even get up and accomplish something different like doing the laundry. I don't just \"veg out\" or take a nap in the middle of a large task, because that makes it hard to restart.

I used to play Unreal Tournament SINGLE Player with God Mode on for me...
Setup for 1 computer opponent...
Got the \"first blood\" kill...
Then added 7 or 8 more characters per team... or even up to 15 characters per team.
Then I would order my computer players to stay at the flag and guard it.
Find the redeemer then maxed out the shots to 999 then frag fest all the enemies just to vent.
Can you say \"Mmmmmmmmonster Kkkkkkiiillllllll\"?
It was a hoot in that mode.
P. S.
I never cheat in online or multiple player modes.
Hehehe!!!
