Black beans and corn. nuff said

Post by S13driftAZ »

So, Im making my favorite snack, black beans and corn, when I suddenly realize that I need something else. It's not quite party-servable if you catch my drift.

So, what would you recommend to add to this? e.g. kinds of hot sauce, different food additions, whatever you can think of.

Hurry up, I'm hungry.

Make it into a salsa, or just throw in some diced tomatoes and other stuff; serve with chips.

Some type of pasta, maybe macaroni or spaghetti.

Here's a good one, macaroni pizza! I saw a pizzeria in New York City on a TV program making one and he said it was his most popular pizza. Sooooooo, I made one by precooking the macaroni and draining it, then putting it under the cheese before baking the pizza. That way the macaroni noodles won't dry out and harden again. All I can say is WOW, what goodness! I never would have thought of it and I like macaroni and cheese, so it makes sense as a food combo. I'm now addicted to macaroni pizza!

It's supposed to be Baked Zita pizza..... but that's ok

I seem to have a better workout dodging your stupidity than attempting to grasp the weight of your intelligence.
