Move to cut ACORN funding ruled unconstitutional
So can someone tell me how in the hell this is unconstitutional. I know of no amendments in the constitution that say the government has to fund any organization. U.S. District Judge Nina Gershon says it's in the public's interest for the organization to continue receiving federal funding. How is it in the best interest to continue to fund a group that wants to setup a prostitution ring with illegal underage girls, not to mention all allegations of voter-registration fraud and embezzlement? Maybe Washington just need to cut funding to all groups and organizations. How much will that help the budget?

Ever seen that show, "Who's Line Is It Anyway?"? Know how they always had points, but they didn't mean anything? I'm pretty sure the budget is a bit like that.CUDA wrote:there's a budget??????????????Insurrectionist wrote: How much will that help the budget?
