I ran across THIS video a couple of day ago.

A very interesting article about how Obama's campaign used this to it's fullest extent. It's about 8 minutes long.

No, i think, its useful to point out that the use of images, and tactics stolen from advertizing, is just typical of politics nowadays. And the Bush administration was known to be excellent at this.
