This reminded me why I'll never live north of mid Texas. How can you people stand driving in that!??!

The problem is they don't have the equipment to handle it down there, give us a few hours and we would be dug out and moving again. Also when a big storm happens we aren't foolish enough to try and keep business as usual going, instead we get snow days.

haha. My brother just said he decided to take the train to work instead of driving; the snow is bad in Baltimore. The train died in the tunnel, with him in it. HAHAHAH!

Roads seem to be lacking in sand/salt, and vehicles seem to be lacking in chains.

But the people seem to have no lack in sense, as I see most of them are not on the street with that mess! (Except the camera guy) :P

Not usually the extreme in upper michigan, but I've been in bad conditions like that. It's really not that awful... you just go slow, and work with it.

And I don't say that because I grew up with it... I lived most of my life in AZ/CA

If you aren't equipped to deal with this much snow, it's shuts the city down. Toronto had a blast a while ago and had to call int he army to help them dig out since they hardly have any plows.

We are said to be getting about 1-2 inches of snow tomorrow here in ATL. If we do, it will shut the city down for two days. If we ever got as much as Baltimore got this week, you'd never hear from us again.
