I see. It's a fence that swings around with out touching the ground.

Millions of years after the human race is wiped out, by Obama-Bots, more than likely, aliens, or people returning to Earth, could study our race and dig up that statue. Only to arrive at many incorrect conclusions about its meaning. The great thing is, that currently happens all the time.
