Supreme Commander 2, I played the original. It was a pretty fun game. Not terribly strategic, but fun nonetheless.

Steam seems to have a demo of Supreme Commander 2.

Going to try it out.

Pretty much decided on Supreme Commander 2 then perhaps later do Command and Conquer 4.

I haven't played neither series myself, but I've heard nothing but extremely negative comments about Command & Conquer 4 from fans of that franchise. It apparently removes many of the core elements of past C&C titles.

From the Videos that I have seen of Supreme Commander 2, they were very very impressive.

Sadly the demo won't play on this PC that has Windows 7 Profession on it. Steam crashes on the installer.

Oh well... will look at the demo again soon.
