3d display, no 3d glasses needed.
These have been around for a while.
There are even TVs that can show 3D without any glasses. The companies are just waiting for all the idiot consumers to consume all the glasses ones before introducing the new ones. That, and I think they require 4x the resolution of the actual video to show it in 3d which is gonna be expensive.

I said I hadn't heard that the 3DS didn't need glasses before, yet the article I posted mentions the 3DS being similar. In other words I should have know about the 3DS, which I would really like to get when it comes out. Of course it could go the way of the virtual boy... nah! It wont!!!
