I have no idea, I do not see that as a political statement. If I was to speak in a political manner I would be saying something about changing the point of view of \"Italy and the Rest of Europe, as Well as North and South America\" and most definatly would not be saying \"We Will Conquer Italy and the Rest of Europe, as Well as North and South America\"
