Weird!

Just played a track from Descent II. Really out of place on an anime radio station lol.
Why doesn't it work?

I use streaming radio files on vlc as my only source of music. I've added this one to my collection and will test it out for a week. It normally takes me that long to decide if I like a station. Thanks.

Note: I'm having trouble looking for a good Jazz / Blues station. (NPR Blues/Jazz stations drive me nuts... too much talking between each song!!)

The Anime stations I switch between are:
http://kawaii-radio.net/
http://www.armitunes.com/
http://www.xamfm.com/
They each have their moments, and when one gets annoying I switch to another for a while. Xamfm plays more R&B and dance music than the others.

If you are looking for some new stations why not look at http://www.shoutcast.com ? I actually find the site horrendous and prefer to use other ways to search it. Amarok has a nice plugin that will list all the stations in their categories. Then you can just add them to a playlist and save for later.

Hah! I do the exact same thing, switching between competing streaming stations if there's something I don't like.

I've been using this to find stations:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=& ... =&gs_rfai=

It's hardly perfect but it's better than using their site's search feature. My problem is that there are too many results for the few searchable tags. I'll explore your link later tonight. Thanks.
