But seriously, how will voting in new blood keep it from being infected AGAIN and AGAIN by the Washington Corruption Virus? What we really need is some form of vaccination to permanently inoculate against it. The damn thing infects every newbie we vote in before they can get some protection in place.

Because people are opportunistic some will know why they got voted in over the bastards and take that and run with it. They will seek to be the new leadership and take our message to define their mandate knowing we will be cheering them on. Sure the opportunity for corruption will be there at least to whatever degree they don't clean it up but it will be a move in the right direction. Hell, just making them all newbies is going to be worth a few billion per year to us!
