whats the main reasion for useing a Proxies cuase i dont fullet understand there purpose

Either you use one because you don't have direct access to internet, or else you use a public proxy like this one for anonymousity. The sites you visit see the proxy as client, not you. They can't see your IP address.

That would make a great proxy program. Anonymosity: A free proxy so you can safely flame and spam people you hate.
