It shows you that the BBB didn't even look up the \"company\" when they rated it. The ratings are just a money scam.

My local BBB calls me every year to tell me they heard good things about my company and that is why they are extending the invitation for me to join them...for a fee of course...so I ask them who, specifically, did they hear these 'good things' about my company from. Each time they fail to come up with a name. So I tell them when they can actually remember who it was that liked me so much maybe I'd be impressed enough with the BBB to consider joining.

My guess is you could ask to register the name bin Ladens Pilot Training School and if the registration came with the proper fee you would be on the list.
