In one case last month, an Internet cafe in the western city of Chongqing was fined after two teenagers spent more than 48 hours playing an online video game, then fell asleep on a railroad track and were killed by a train.

How in the world do you manage to do this? Fall asleep, right on the railroad track, not one, but two people, who were together, neither one noticed that they were sleeping on railroad tracks. Just flopped down, right on the railroad.

How?

I think they were listening for the train and were lulled to sleep by the rythmic sound it made.
Therefore we must ban all rythmic sound...for the sake of the children!

China also bans Internet cafes within 200 meters of primary and high schools, on fears that Web surfing could expose children to pornography or get them hooked on online video games.

More like they fear they'll be exposed to maybe....the real world? Communists

But HERE no one laughs at roid's jokes. Therefore the inverse would be "roids jokes dont laught at you". See thats the point. Do I really have to explain this? The joke is that in soviet russia, everything is backwards. Car Drive you as oppossed to you drive car. Book read you as opposed to you read book, etc.
