So the mouse Ive been using for about two years on my laptop, a Microsoft Arc mouse, suffered a critical failure today of its scroll wheel, and I was not able to get it working again. (its a well known and well documented weakness of the mouse, and I repaired this defect not long after I got it a few years ago).
So I am suddenly in the market for a good laptop mouse.
Must be portable
Uses a USB connection since I do not have bluetooth on this old piece of crud.
Wireless with a very low profile connector
Smaller than a normal desktop mouse but still big enough for an average sized hand to be comfortable riding on it
recommendations anyone?
