Any of you guys know where I can find a program or study that will assist me in figuring out fluid flow through objects such as heatsinks?

I develop a product at work that does exactly that (fluid calculations for fire suppression systems).
If you give me the specs, I might be able work up a model for you and get you some numbers.

Look for "Computational Fluid Dynamics"
I found this and this in the way of lists of commercial software available. I suspect that they are all pretty much out of your price range.
This looks like something that's free and claims to do CFD. I don't know if it will suit your needs or not.

EDIT 2: If it's something relatively easy, I might be able to whip out my heat & mass transfer textbook and do some hand calculations. If you're looking for cooling over a heat sink, I've done estimates based on a box & fan flow rate before.

I think Snoopy's suggestions will work better for you than what I'm working with. The product I help develop is fairly specific to piped/fitted systems, and that likely wouldn't work well to model things like heatsink airflow.
