It's not E&C material, it's Cafe material -- so it's up to the Cafe mods to determine if it needs closed and/or deleted. There's no point in petitioning me to do anything now -- it's not in my forum any more.

Oh, and don't go petitioning MD or Tetrad about it either. They're mods and you're not, and there's a reason for that. Let them do their jobs -- it's not up to you to tell them what needs closed and what doesn't.

You guys are too predictable, everytime something is posted someone always posts "seen it" as if we give a shiz whether Ace has seen it or not. Just shut up already. No one cares if you think this should be locked...if they don't want to watch it they don't have to. not like I'm putting a gun to your head and making you watch this. Beo, I think you're missing the point. It doesn't matter that Ace has seen it before. This same exact toon has been posted atleast twice before on this very forum. So I'm wagering a good 95% of the DBB has already watched it either here or somewhere else before.

Two times is fine, when it starts exceeding that, yes, I'd call it spam. You probably didn't know better though so, whatever.
