I was playing D1 in 95 (so there!), but only singleplayer. It was the first 3D game I played (and forever altered my perception of other 3D games).

And yesterday I spent at least an hour trying to explain the octopus fad to my parents.

I found a particularly awesome octopus yesterday but I can't find it now.
