The guys at Volition have stated that they would jump at the chance to make FreeSpace3. I hope THQ would purchase, if not lease the license from Interplay so they could.

I got a lot of bugs on FreeSpace Open. I gave up, and played the games without source ports.

I would love a freespace 3. There are still so many unresolved questions from FS 1 and 2.

Well, looking at Interplays latest filing on the 15th, they may be close to bankruptcy. So maybe THQ could pick up that license "cheap". ?

Problem solved, having no bug! Installing FreeSpace Open was so complicated! But glad to play 'em.
