Depends on the length of the URL, a really long one could start to stretch the pages. However that has been fixed in phpBB3.x which will automatically shorten excessively long URLs.VonVulcan wrote:I can remember in times gone by getting criticized for NOT using a url shortener.
Back on topic; the various phases those pendulums go through is pretty neat.
