Ask.com is down right trash and nothing good ever comes out of Uniblue. So now Avira does something stupid by partnering up with two crap companies. Sure some of you who use the free version found out the hard way.

Never installed the bar in the 1st place. Works fine w/o.

Unfortunately people don't always see it that way. One look at that Ask toolbar and many have jumped ship.

Always pay attention to the important pages when installing an application. I installed antivir the other day for a routine check, saw all the bundled items and I didn't think anything of it while I skipped them.
