... Still here!? You guys ROCK!

Post by Sup »

So I have hardly been online in over a year ..

And I thought I'd stop by to see if people were still on here.

Holy sh*t! Still going strong! Some of the same people too .. lol ..

Question:

Are any of you old timers still playing Descent? Or do you just chill here and post, smak the newbies around to keep them in line

Good to see you guys are keeping the flame alive

lol, sup Sup ;)

Theres some that still play D. Most of the people on this board are primarily D3ers though. Only a handful of us that were Kali Descenters. Wish the classics got a little bit more playing time again. I'd have to reinstall win98se to really enjoy it though, not worth the hastle anymore :P

Wow, first Koolbear drops by, and now Sup. Too cool!

I don't really still play D1, but very occasionally I will. These days I mostly play the DBB debate game... ;)

Funny, when this board stopped really being about Descent in my eyes, I left in disgust. As time went by, and it drifted farther and farther away, it ultimately became something completely different... and now I like it again. Weird. :)

Hey Josh...

Long time no see, right? Right... :) It was good meeting you again about two weeks ago. You should come up to Jacksonville for Jon Lisle on the 30th of May... it's going to be crazy.

Ciao for now.

File it under strange coincidences. I was poking around an old directory looking for a photochop of Birdseye as Pamela Anderson when I spotted that sup.gif and wondered why I had it. One day later, you pop up. /me cues spooky music.

Yea, I just post here. Haven't played D3 in over a year. I'm quite sure that I would still kick some butt though.

I don't play Descent anymore. I play Descent 1 sometimes, and I do work on D4 sometimes. But mostly I post here because the guys here are brainless retards like on all the other message boards.

I don't think Volition or Interplay, or anyone for that matter are in the market for hiring 15 year olds.

He meant something completely different from an official D4, even though I'm sure he'd like to think it's official :P Atleast it's descent related.

Hey guys!

Yea, I'm fine, just been outta the online gaming scene and gotten into Paintball. (Between me and my daughter we've got about $4k tied up in 'stuff')

More excercise for the body and less for the brain I guess. I'll post some picture links later today.

Yow Sarge, that's cool :)

A few months ago I did a paintball marathon (12 hours straight with just a lunch break). Let me tell you, I was stiff as a board the next day :D

Pics? Here are mine.
