Teamspeak 3

Post by woodchip »

Got logged in, can speak and hear correctly. Only problem is after a minute or two a loud piercing noise kicks in and only way so far to stop it is to log out of TS.
Went to options/playback and changed the mode and devices. So far changing them kills the noise but then it comes back. Any clues for what I should look at to fix this?

Well logged into ts today and after a hour or so there was no noise. Maybe turning comp off and then on did something?

I had that happen a couple of times while on a Ventrilo server a couple of years ago. Turned out to be a hardware issue with my old headset, possibly feedback (it wasn't coming through the soundcard, though). Just unplugging my headset for a moment cleared it up.
