Well, concerning here, if it's in the PTMC, drunk might be fun occasionally. If it's in E & C, not so much. People can either be happy drunks or angry drunks and the latter is not funny. Also, definitely not in the Tech Forum. A coherent answer is always wanted there.

As for the whole net, drunk surfing would be about as dangerous as drunk driving. You'd be plastered out of your mind and click on all those porn and malware sites you wouldn't normally go to sober and then regret the inevitable crash the next day.

In my experience, in real life at least, there's nothing wrong with a few people who have all had a few beers having a conversation, but someone debating and who has had a disproportionately larger amount of beer than everyone else can often lead to frustration.

Agreed. I've found that after a few drinks is good to change topics quickly if you can . Makes for more fun and laughs.
