I agree. So what to do with the people that are unable, uncapable, or unwilling to live up to this ? Right now they put quite a strain on everybody else and cause a lot of misery.

I agree with Slick! What we need right now is a huge decrease in population sizes. I'll start the nominations . But really, there is no way to regulate morality through laws and penalties unless you essentially condemn everyone.
