I've basically let myself become a runner. Now I also want to be a climber. I can only do 5 real pull ups. That means hanging with arms completely outstretched and then pulling my body so my chin is above the bar. I go up and down like this 5 times. I was at 4 a few days ago. I will soon be at 6.
So the goal is 20 FULL pull ups.
