Insanity is truely insane!

I just started the Insanity workout program almost two weeks ago. Let me tell you it KICKS your ass but I'm finding that it gets easier the longer I go. Doubt I'll have 6-pack abs by the time I'm jetting to the beach.

yeah - I sold mine a couple months ago. Couldn't handle it. But I was trying to go from sit-on-my-butt office job with no workout to that program, I should have started smaller.

I saw an infomercial for that once. I believe my reaction was something like, "lolno."

I bought one of those door frame hugging chin-up bars. the one thing I didn't realize is some kinds of chin-ups work out your chest. My arms and chest are getting big as a result. And since I lost over 100lbs, my whole body is getting really ripped. I do recommend one of those chin-up bars, push-ups, and loosing weight. My theory is that these things help you look good. When I wear my tight t-shirt with the superman logo, I'm able to fill it out. That's pretty cool; superman rules.

Lol if I lost weight at this point I'd probably die of malnourishment.
I am trying to do a lot of hiking (when I can), and speedwalking. Xaihyv doesn't think speedwalking is real exercise and he goes running... so it was funny when I outperformed him when we went hiking yesterday.
