I've gone into "Change file associations" and changed everything to Internet Explorer that was associating with FrontPage except the file associations that I knew were Front page.
Shortcuts to websites are still opening up in front page.
My next step is going to be to uninstall FrontPage if I can't get this resolved. Any ideas?

FrontPage has been installed for some time. Long before this problem.

Go into your preferred browser and make it re-take its default browser status?
Check your default programs assignments in control panel?
