Most annoying Fictional Character

In your honest opinion, who is the most uber annoying fictional character (other than Jar Jar Binks). It can be from a Movie, TV show, or a video game.
EDIT: Change my vote to Skids and Mudflap (I hate you 'Bay!!!!!).

Jar Jar and its not even close.

At least Navi and the Guidebot serve purposes. What the hell was Jar Jar put in for?

Seether from Wing Commander IV. Never have I encountered a video game character who annoyed me to the point that I enjoyed blasting him to atoms.....bit by bit.

I still voted for the GuideBot. Whenever he started hitting me with those irritating flares to get my attention.......well, he got my attention all right. A little too much weapons attention. But you should have had the ThiefBot as a selection. He really pissed me off!

I think the one I hated most in recent memory was Kageroza from Bleach. His arc was bad enough I finally decided it was time to stop watching the series.

Honorable mention to Zuko from Avatar TLA though. Seriously, grow up already.
