As per rule §14 of the BB cafe code, in this paragraph, the moderator will consider this a formal request to append the rule for the purpose of edits, posts, comments, but limited to the extent of which an edit includes grandfathered comments, edits, and posts. (a) The increase in ridiculous banter under this subsection shall not apply solely by reason of the disposition of a post (or an interest therein) if it is reasonably expected that such posts will continue to be operated as a qualified low-brow post for the remaining compliance period with respect to such post. (b) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, application applies to Heretics, Fanatics, Zealots, Zombies, Fanboi's, and Republicans. (1) The term “banter” in the first sentence of this sub section (a) includes lack of interest or " not giving a crap" by the reader on the topic with respect to such mood or any care therein if such interest or shits given is not allowable as a comment by reason of §15(a)(4), which has not yet been written.
