DX 9.0c Standalone

Post by FireFox »

Ok I found this and thought of sharing it. Might be old news to some, I don't know but here it is.

http://mbnet.fi/elixir/DX-9.0c.exe
http://mbnet.fi/elixir/DX-9.0c-Hotfix.exe
http://mbnet.fi/elixir/Version-Fix.reg

This is only ment for Win XP user. Download all three files and install them in that order in safe mode.

Gonna install it later myself. Here is the were it came from http://discuss.futuremark.com/forum/sho ... er=3852613

Do it at your own risk (read the forum) as this is ripped from SP2 if you can't wait.

Don't ask me anything about this I just found it and thought of sharing it.

uh...I think I'll just wait for the official release to go fuxoring around with another DX install. I'd rather not have to go through another fiasco of reverting back to DX8.1 and then upgrading back up to 9b again if something goes wrong. Atleast with the official releases of DX I've never had any problems.

Only useful if you already have a card which supports SM3.0 and of course - NO ONE DOES. Oh, but even if you did, NO GAMES SUPPORT SM3.0 yet

Move along folks. Nothing to see here.
