I use Secunia PSI and it's hung up on a file (see below) that I'd like to delete but says I must have Admin rights and won't let me delete it.
Tried to delete in safe mode but no joy. What next?

Uninstall flash (both 32 and 64 bit editions).

Does that include Flash Player plug-in or Adobe Air? I already deleted the Adobe Flash Player.

Got it! I un-installed anything that even looked like Adobe and the file disappeared and Secunia scanned ok.

Or you could have just set the scanner to skip that file…now you don’t have Flash.

I'll "Flash it" again now that everything is good on Scunia.
