A search of two Oklahoma women who were sitting in a vehicle outside a closed restaurant turned bizarre when police discovered that one of them was concealing a loaded gun – inside her private parts................
During the book-in, a female officer said she noticed “something strange” sticking out from inside Harris’ body, KFOR reports.
Court records say the “wooden and metal item,” which was a revolver, was “sticking out from her vagina area.”

how would you like to be the police office that had to remove it. you know they weren't going to let her handle a loaded concealed undeclared weapon. someone had to take the Gun out

Yeah, because threatening to shoot someone in the head at point blank range isn't overkill or anything. God forbid you just use rubber gloves in the trunk of your squad car to handle the gun...

I wouldn't fault the officers at all for drawing their weapons when discovering a concealed weapon, but I also wouldn't fault them for just standing there gobsmacked when confronted with this sort of "concealment."

Hell, I'd think that having to reach in and remove a pistol from some woman prisoner's privates would be the penultimate wet dream for any male police officer! Much more preferable than pulling something from the other opening down there. Think about it boys.CUDA wrote:how would you like to be the police office that had to remove it. you know they weren't going to let her handle a loaded concealed undeclared weapon. someone had to take the Gun out

Seems like a rather silly question Ferno. Do you think Will, or any of the other nutjobs on this board, would have any second thoughts about using excessive force in just about any scenario? Hell, I bet these are the kinds of men that wish their state had a stand-your-ground law just so they could take someone out in the off chance they felt "threatened". They almost want the world to collapse into some sort of road warrior fantasy just so they can play out their fetish of guns and dog food. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think I'm too far off. One thing is for certain though: they all have incredibly small dicks.

Re: In the truth is stranger then fiction category
I didn't think I was talking down to anyone by pointing out that a cop will point a gun at a criminal when he discovers the criminal is hiding a weapon. And if the cop then tells the criminal to disarm himself I don't think that is excessive force, not even close....neither in fantasy land or in the real world.....whether they aim at the head or the center mass of the upper body it is deadly just the same.Ferno wrote:...

So why are you so serious and easily offended by a silly comment in a silly thread anyway?
Re: In the truth is stranger then fiction category
I'm not a police officer so I can't comment on the training, but I'm pretty sure that use of deadly force is discouraged unless there are extreme circumstances. Even when a suspect acts in a threatening manner, disarmament, not death, should be the focus. The fact a grown man thinks it is somehow funny to joke about disobeying orders and putting a gun to a woman's temple when he discovers a firearm in her vagina just boggles my mind. (It is obviously a greater threat to her than the officer.) The excessive macho violence reeks of insecurity (not to mention gynophobia). More of the weird, sick fantasy crap I see on this forum time and again.

The thread was clearly a silly one where we made silly comments.
The gun was in her vagina but not likely there as a means to commit suicide but rather as a way to hide it from authorities therefore a prudent officer wouldn't go into talk-the-jumper-off-the-ledge mode, but rather, into Oh ★■◆●, Gun!! mode.
And in spite of your illogical knee jerk reaction, pointing a gun at an armed suspect is NOT excessive or bad tactics. It is the right thing to do although head shots are bad tactics unless you are a sniper.
And the biggest part you missed was I preficed my comment with a bit of a protest on sexism in that if I was a female cop I might resent the male cops expecting me to assume all vagina weapon removal duty.
But you may ignore all the context of silly comments in silly thread and continue to prove I'm a rogue female cop with authority issues if that is the fantasy that suits you.

Oh Cuda, why don't you go get some education? It's well known in psychology that men tend to overcompensate in terms of anger, guns, and even the car they purchase if they are insecure about their size. Given the fact that Will and a few others have to be Mr. Macho on every single issue, I'd say they probably fit into that group.

< mod > Vagina-guns is an amusing diversion topic. Proper gun handling vs. overcompensation / machismo is a potentially legitimate topic.
Childish digs about penis size are neither. Keep it professional, boys. < /mod >

Back to the original topic, I'm wondering whether she thought it was the only place to hide the weapon when the police decided to make the search... or whether she was trying to get into the jail with the weapon for some reason...? I haven't seen anything to explain it.
