How should I handle this?
I sold some trick a cell phone over ebay and it was in perfect working condition when it was sent. About a week and a half later she sends me an email tellin me how she has all these dropped calls, etc. Im thinkin that either she ended up not liking the phone or broke it and blamin it on me. What would you do? She threatens to leave negative feedback.
After the item is out of your hands, it's well... out of your hands.
It's not fault if the UPS (or whatever) guy broke the phone.
But, dropping calls isn't exactly a sign of a broken phone IMO... Sounds like bad service, or bad reception to me.
1 negative feedback isn't bad. And you can always respond to the feedback as well.

If you can bait her into sending a flaming email, you can send the email to ebay and get her banned before she has a chance to leave negative feedback.
I know this because some clown did that to me. I won an auction for something stupid like pint glasses and this guy was a total d!ck about not taking paypal because he didnt want to pay the fee; so I sent him an email telling him to f#ck off - and he had me banned. Now I have to use my wifes account and tell everyone my name is Melanie.
