No, the nerdy men had the smarts to outwit nature and other humans and build civilizations. They were, and are, the plotters, planners and designers of everything we've ever made. The manly men are the ones who physically build things with their hands or end up as just cannon fodder to throw at those we want to kill for some reason or another.

Sound advice in any situation. I'd rather be marooned on a desert island by myself, though. I'm not very sociable in person, and I'm pretty sure I could contrive shelter, gather and prepare food, and defend myself without any help. Provided the necessary materials are available, that is.

No, our brains helped us design civilization and our muscles helped build that same civilization. The process requires both brain and muscle. Neither alone is as capable. So one is NOT better than the other. And most men are a blend of brains and brawn. In fact, the BEST men have aspects BOTH qualities, not an overload of one trait or the other.

By the way, the big strong types of CEO's tend to be the biggest alpha jerks because all that testosterone's in control and they get a raging turn-on reigning supreme over others.
