That reminds me of my first session in the spring after all winter of no activity. I literally could not walk for two days, and the rest of the week I couldn't sit without using my arms to lower myself, and had to use my arms to get out of the chair. My legs were sore for 9 days total. (Barely anything the last few, but still noticable)

Yea, I did an 8 hour version once, and walking hurt for the next couple days, though the welts looked worse than they really were (still don't poke them thanks).Tricord wrote:Yow Sarge, that's cool
A few months ago I did a paintball marathon (12 hours straight with just a lunch break). Let me tell you, I was stiff as a board the next day
Pics? Here are mine.
Hi sup. I still swing by D3 once in a while but the server selection is not to my taste and my skills have slipped to far for me to ask my team to let me play in matches hehe.

Well Josh you missed out bud on Jon Lisle. Amazing set, and an amazing guy. Afteparty went until 9am for me, but others (including Lisle) didn't sleep at all... he got some sleep eventually and I drove him to Winter Haven so that he could do some producing with bill hamel.
what a great freaking weekend that was.
