1.The system's hard disk controller card manufacturer and model
number.

2. And the system's hard disk drive manufacturer and model number.

Use to have a program that gave me all that info...I think.

Is there some reason you can't just look in device management? (Or worst case scenario google the hardware IDs from device management?)
