Yea, on my block...its the plows that do that.

The city requires you to shovel your sidewalk within some unrealistic timeframe, when you do...the plows come by and force you to do it twice.

Ha, ha. Our city calls all those rock hard piles of snirt and ice that their plows leave in front of your driveway "windrows". Doesn't even come close. How about concrete barriers of death, because they'll give you a coronary while trying to clear them.
